The EntreComp4Transition project partners have recently launched the ‘Market Analysis Report and Inspiring Practices’ a key output of this project looking at the twin green and digital transition.
This report refers to the in-depth analysis of skills gaps in the key areas of entrepreneurial, digital and sustainability skills. It provides a market analysis which aims to contribute to defining the learning outcomes required to enable students and professionals to move forward to the green and digital transition. Building on the recommendations and goals of the competence frameworks developed by the European Commission – GreenComp , EntreComp and DigComp -, the overall objective of this research is to identify skills mismatches between education and training, on the one hand, and on the other, the labour market regarding digital and green soft skills required by the future ‘green transition facilitator’. In order to identify the adequate learning outcomes and pave the way to new learning pathways, it is fundamental to make sure that the respective actors are properly involved in defining actual challenges.
