The Spain Chamber of Commerce takes a new step in its commitment to the sustainability of Spanish SMEs and launches a microsite, “Sustainable Company”.

This new space focuses on ESG (environmental, social and governance) fields and offers SMEs resources, reports, free tools and programs, which allow them to be updated about the opportunities offered by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and by the Spanish chamber network. The site will also allow raising awareness among SMEs about their crucial role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
So far, SMEs can found the following resources:
Environmental Policy Template
Free templates available to SMEs for the elaboration of Codes of Ethics and Environmental Policies, which allow them to advance in terms of sustainability.
Sectoral knowledge map of ESG relevance and good practices for SMEs
Tool that help small and medium-sized enterprises identify and manage the most relevant aspects in their sector in environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and provide them with examples of good practices so that they can incorporate sustainability criteria into their management.
It is a platform for SMEs where the most relevant aspects for each productive sector are collected in six areas considered strategic: environment, employees, suppliers, customers, business model and innovation and ethics.
Sustainability Report Template:
Templates that allow SMEs to configure their own Annual Sustainability Report, so that they can plan new actions and measure their progress.
