The Italian country cluster is formed by four partner organisations:
- Consorzio Materahub
- T2i Trasferimento Tecnologico e Innovazione
- IFOA – Istituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali
- Unioncamere – Unione Italiana delle Camere di commercio industria artigianato e agricoltura
Here, IFOA and T2I share their reflections on the close of the project.
IFOA
IFOA has actively contributed to the piloting activities with teachers and students. In particular during the last months of the project implementation we have been responsible for the organisation and implementation of the students mobility for the Italian cluster.
The Italian cluster provided inputs for the selection and preparation of candidates ( EQF 5 and 6) and IFOA has been responsible for the 4 weeks experience ( 1 online and 3 face to face). The challenge given to students in Italy has been drafted by the host company Officina Consulting, Bologna. Since 1993 Officina Consulting has been offering consulting services and activities for all types of companies in the field of regulations for safety, worker health and in the environmental and energy fields.
The group of students had the chance to apply the tools given by EntreComp4Transition to a specific case study in the field of sustainable micro-mobility in cities, a case study focused on bike sharing in Bologna.
The case study has been analysed with EntreComp4Transition Self-Assessment Tool, As-Is / To-Be Canvas, Twin Transition Canvas, taking into consideration as well the emerging ESG trends on companies.
Officina Consulting representatives were satisfied by the work done by the students and by the final presentations given to the company. For the host company, the heart of their participation in the project has been the mentoring activity carried out by the Sustainability Area.
The Italian cluster is glad to have had the privilege of guiding a group of five young talents involved in the European mobility, offering them a practical and in-depth immersion in the world of corporate sustainability.
To celebrate this achievement and share experience and knowledge, a company representative and a student from the team have participated to the final event held in Brussels on 13th of May. It has been an exceptional opportunity, since the event brought together partners, policymakers, educators, businesses and learners from across Europe (both in person and online) to reflect on what we’ve achieved and explore what’s next for entrepreneurial competences in the green and digital transitions.
From policy insights and pilot stories to hands-on workshops, it was a day full of energy, ideas and shared ambition.
T2i
T2i greatly appreciated the collaboration at the Italian cluster level, which unfolded in an excellent way, enhancing the specific skills and expertise of each partner.
First of all, we were able to select and involve a very close-knit group of teachers/trainers who worked as a team during the Train the trainer activity in Badajoz. This same group remained very involved during the summer activities of awareness and construction of the working class group, in view of the identification and selection of the group of students for the subsequent selection phase and start of the internship.
From its point of view, t2i capitalized on the experience of the MOOC drafting in order to systematise some content related to entrepreneurial skills, having collaborated above all with Unioncamere.
T2i manages the New Business Service (SNI), which has twenty years of experience: the MOOC structured in this way will be part of the tools that the SNI makes available to its customers, ranging from aspiring entrepreneurs, including many foreigners, from the business idea to the incubation and acceleration phase.
At the level of the transnational consortium, the mutual exchange with other Chambers and other entities was dramatically important, which also allowed t2i to create a close relationship that could lead to other projects in the near future.
From the point of view of the capitalisation, t2i could collaborate with the Chamber of Commerce of Verona on other projects, mainly with VET schools (EQF 4) where a pilot activity was conducted on the topic of identification, validation and certification of EntreComp skills, in the tourism-hospitality sectors and in the primary sector. We do not exclude that in the near future this same knowledge will also be put into fruitful practice in other European projects.
