Learning Path 1: Sustainability Practitioner

Learning Path 1: Sustainability Practitioner is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the green transition and implement sustainable practices in business. This learning path covers key topics such as understanding current environmental challenges, valuing sustainability, and how businesses can adapt to remain competitive while benefiting the planet. Supported by the GreenComp Framework, the Sustainability Practitioner Learning Path will help participants identify and leverage opportunities in the green transition, preparing them to become a successful sustainability practitioner who can drive meaningful change in today’s evolving business landscape.

Learning Path 2: Digital Transformation Practitioner

Learning Path 2: Digital Transformation Facilitator is designed to guide you through the dynamic world of digital transformation and its impact on modern industries. This path provides foundational knowledge and strategic insights needed for companies to navigate the “twin transition”—integrating digital innovation with sustainable practices. By leveraging the DigComp Framework, participants learn to recognise and seize digital transformation opportunities, helping businesses become more efficient, resilient, and responsible. This learning journey empowers students, entrepreneurs and business owners and employees to understand the principles and applications of digital transformation, equipping them to drive innovation and stay competitive in today’s rapidly evolving market.

Learning Path 3: Entrepreneurship Practitioner

Learning Path 3: Entrepreneurship Practitioner is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of different entrepreneurial perspectives—whether it’s pursuing an opportunity, developing a service, creating a design, or improving a process. It focuses on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to act on opportunities and ideas and transform them into value for others. By leveraging the EntreComp Framework, participants will explore the essential skills needed to become successful entrepreneurship practitioners and develop strategies to drive the entrepreneurial twin transition within their organisations. This path empowers students, entrepreneurs, business owners and employees to initiate change and stay competitive in today’s dynamic market by recognising and utilising key entrepreneurial competences.

Learning Path 4: Green Transition Facilitator

Learning Path 4: Green Transition Facilitator is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to guide organisations through the complex process of transitioning to a sustainable, digital, and entrepreneurial future. This path emphasises integrative learning, where participants compare, understand, and synthesise diverse perspectives to tackle the interconnected challenges of green, digital, and entrepreneurial transitions. Learners gain the ability to assess a business’s current sustainability, digitalisation, and entrepreneurship status and develop innovative strategies that align with these goals while effectively measuring their impact. Through practical simulations and scenario development, this path prepares future Green Transition Facilitators to navigate and lead real-world transitions from a fossil-based economy to a green, service-oriented one.
