Eurochambres
Belgium

Established in 1958, Eurochambres acts as the eyes, ears and voice of the Chambers and business community. Eurochambres represents over 20 million businesses in Europe through 45 members (43 national associations of chambers of commerce and industry and two transnational chamber organisations) and a European network of 1700 regional and local chambers. More than 93% of these businesses are small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Chambers’ member businesses employ over 120 million.

By bringing together extensive policy and practical experience, we work with public, community and private sector partners to embed entrepreneurial skills into all type of learning. Our co-founders and network of associates, working from across Europe work to build collaborations and initiatives involving policy makers, educators, community and the private sector, to embed high quality entrepreneurial and creative learning practice and policy into formal and non-formal learning.

Spain

The Ministry for Economy, Science and Digital Agenda of the regional government of Extremadura, is the public authority responsible for regional policies related to entrepreneurship and SMEs competitiveness, innovation, and digital transition, among many others. Extremadura’s region was awarded the European Entrepreneurial Region label in 2017 by the Committee of the Regions, and it is a European reference for its programmes linked to entrepreneurial education (applying EntreComp), social entrepreneurship programmes and SMEs’ support programmes ranging from awareness-raising to internationalisation. They are very active at European and international level, and take part in numerous Europe-funded projects by COSME, Erasmus+, Horizon2020, Interreg, etc. The regional Ministry is currently developing several projects to accompany SMEs in their transition to a greener and more digital economy.

In the last years, Materahub has worked to promote EntreComp framework and is today running the Italian EntreComp community, born from EntreComp Europe project. t2i – Trasferimento Tecnologico e Innovazione s. c. a r. l. is the innovation agency promoted by the Chambers of commerce of Treviso – Belluno, Venezia – Rovigo and Verona, established in 2014. t2i is registered in the National Research Registry File at the Ministry of Education, University and Research. Also, t2i is accredited by the Veneto Region for the activity of continuous training, higher education and guidance and the provision of employment services. T2i provides support and services to foster startup initiatives, with coaching, seminars and consultancy aimed at the development of business plans. T2i manages an Incubator with nearly 70 companies and has a specific expertise in young, female and migrant entrepreneurship.

Ifoa is also a private employment agency, with 14 sites all over Italy and over 200 employees. We belong to the Italian Chambers network, our mission is bridging people with the labour market. We deliver VET programmes (mostly EQF4, EQF5) for young unemployed, continuous training for employees and companies, lifelong training, consultancy and technical assistance to businesses and public bodies. Our training courses and services are certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015.

Its status is governed by Law n.580/93 and other following regulations aimed to expand Chambers functions and emphasize their nature as an institutional network. The 2016 Reform fixed a maximum number of eligible Chambers and strengthened their activities for active labour policies
