Led by Eurochambres, partners from Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Italy and Austria are working together to develop new, innovative, multidisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning paving the way towards the digital and green future.

Established in 1958, Eurochambres acts as the eyes, ears and voice of the Chambers and business community. Eurochambres represents over 20 million businesses in Europe through 45 members (43 national associations of chambers of commerce and industry and two transnational chamber organisations) and a European network of 1700 regional and local chambers. More than 93% of these businesses are small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Chambers’ member businesses employ over 120 million.
Bantani Education is a non-profit based in Belgium, working collaboratively to drive entrepreneurial and creative learning. By bringing together extensive policy and practical experience, we work with public, community and private sector partners to embed entrepreneurial skills into all type of learning. Our co-founders and network of associates, working from across Europe work to build collaborations and initiatives involving policy makers, educators, community and the private sector, to embed high quality entrepreneurial and creative learning practice and policy into formal and non-formal learning.
SPW – Economie Emploi Recherche – Direction de la Formation professionnelle
The Department of Employment and Vocational Training is part of the SPW, the Public Service of Wallonia. Its main missions are: promoting socio-professional integration, promoting vocational training through professional qualification and lifelong learning, supporting job-creating activities by mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting the digital transition of schools from a pedagogical and technical perspective.
Thomas More University of Applied Sciences
Thomas More is the largest University of Applied Sciences in Flanders, where 20.000 students choose between 10 campuses, 41 full bachelor degree programs, and 15 associate degree programs (www.thomasmore.be). Thomas More is part of the KU Leuven association. Courses are designed in close cooperation with innovative and leading companies and organizations. Research in Thomas More (TM) is multidisciplinary by nature, combining knowledge from different domains and disciplines.
Cámara de Comercio de España
The Chamber of Spain is a public body ruled by Law 4/2014 and that represents the general interest of the Spanish companies and entrepreneurs acting in the commerce, industry, services and navigation sectors. The Chamber of Spain coordinates 85 local Chambers in the country, and provides advice, support services and training activities to Spanish companies, entrepreneurs and students
Junta de Extremadura Consejería de Economía Ciencia Y Agenda Digital
The Ministry for Economy, Science and Digital Agenda of the regional government of Extremadura, is the public authority responsible for regional policies related to entrepreneurship and SMEs competitiveness, innovation, and digital transition, among many others. Extremadura’s region was awarded the European Entrepreneurial Region label in 2017 by the Committee of the Regions, and it is a European reference for its programmes linked to entrepreneurial education (applying EntreComp), social entrepreneurship programmes and SMEs’ support programmes ranging from awareness-raising to internationalisation. They are very active at European and international level, and take part in numerous Europe-funded projects by COSME, Erasmus+, Horizon2020, Interreg, etc. The regional Ministry is currently developing several projects to accompany SMEs in their transition to a greener and more digital economy.
Universidad de Cantabria

Fundación de la Universidad de Cantabria para el Estudio y la Investigación del Sector Financiero
Fundación UCEIF organizes its activities in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, social development, SDG alignment and youth awareness, SMEs, generation of Startups, rural development… through Centro Internacional Santander Emprendimiento (CISE). CISE (Santander International Entrepreneurship Center) was started in 2012 with the commitment of the Regional Government of Cantabria, the University of Cantabria and Santander Bank through its Santander University Division. CISE’s mission is to create a better society by encouraging its members’ creative, entrepreneurial and innovative skills through a comprehensive approach that ultimately leads to the generation of entrepreneurial ventures and employment opportunities. CISE promotes an entrepreneurial culture and the generation of start-ups through a wide range of innovative training programs that combine agile methodologies and real-life experiences thereby stimulating creativity, promoting innovation, inspiring a network of talented people and ultimately creating employment opportunities. The principles that guide all our actions in CISE, both internally and externally, include social commitment, teamwork, quality, transparency, collaboration, innovation, passion, and knowledge. In line with these principles, in CISE we emphasize including smaller regions and cities as well as disadvantaged people in our programs and activities thereby promoting equality of opportunities for all members of our society.
Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği
As one of Turkey’s largest non-governmental organizations, TOBB serves 1,5 million SMEs in 81 provinces through its Chambers, Commodity Exchanges and Sectoral Assemblies. TOBB’s main mission is to enhance economic growth, increase the competitiveness of its members and improve Turkey’s business and investment environment. It follows up on the solutions to SMEs problems through public-private consultation mechanisms. Since 1952, TOBB invest not only in the business world but also in the fields of education and social responsibility. It represents the Turkish business in the international arena by taking part in the boards of nearly all the global business world organizations.
TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi
TOBB ETU-SEM was established on October 22, 2005. TOBB ETUSEM operates with the aim of providing training, consultancy and research for the needs of businesses of all sizes and individuals from all sectors, especially SMEs. TOBB ETÜ-SEM,adopts the scientific approach, reliable and unbiased information as a principle and adopts the highest level of quality approach in all its activities. We continue our efforts to carry out accredited training programs that will be valid all over the world in order to train qualified personnel with high level of knowledge and skills and who can find employment opportunities all over the world.
Materahub is a strategic design hub working to foster local development through creative and cultural sectors by promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, networking and cross-fertilization activities. The experience of Materahub professional team is focused on culture and creative sector, cultural heritage, tourism, social innovation, innovation in education and entrepreneurship education. In the last years, Materahub has worked to promote EntreComp framework and is today running the Italian EntreComp community, born from EntreComp Europe project. Materahub is also the coordinator of MOBILITAS NEXT, EYE program partnership.
T2i Trasferimento Tecnologico e Innovazione
t2i – Trasferimento Tecnologico e Innovazione s. c. a r. l. is the innovation agency promoted by the Chambers of commerce of Treviso – Belluno, Venezia – Rovigo and Verona, established in 2014. t2i is registered in the National Research Registry File at the Ministry of Education, University and Research. Also, t2i is accredited by the Veneto Region for the activity of continuous training, higher education and guidance and the provision of employment services. T2i provides support and services to foster startup initiatives, with coaching, seminars and consultancy aimed at the development of business plans. T2i manages an Incubator with nearly 70 companies and has a specific expertise in young, female and migrant entrepreneurship.
Istituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali
IFOA is a not-for-profit, private body established in 1971 by the Chamber of Commerce and appointed since 1999 as national training centre by the Italian Ministry of Labour. Ifoa is also a private employment agency, with 14 sites all over Italy and over 200 employees. We belong to the Italian Chambers network, our mission is bridging people with the labour market. We deliver VET programmes (mostly EQF4, EQF5) for young unemployed, continuous training for employees and companies, lifelong training, consultancy and technical assistance to businesses and public bodies. Our training courses and services are certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015.
Unioncamere – Unione italiana delle Camere di commercio industria artigianato e agricoltura
Founded in 1901, UNIONCAMERE (Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts and Agriculture) is the public body representing the general interests of Italian Chambers of Commerce towards all institutional stakeholders, at local, regional, national and international level, including business organizations, consumers and workers. Unioncamere formulates common orientations, promotes and carries out joint initiatives and supports Chambers’ activities. Its status is governed by Law n.580/93 and other following regulations aimed to expand Chambers functions and emphasize their nature as an institutional network. The 2016 Reform fixed a maximum number of eligible Chambers and strengthened their activities for active labour policies
